Terms and Conditions

The prize does not include personal travel insurance, but the prize winner must purchase travel insurance prior to travel. Valid travel insurance is a condition of travel. The prize is subject to availability, and is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered. All incidental expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner. The prize winner and the prize winner’s guest must travel at the same time. The prize is valid for travel between June and October 2013.

Absolute Publishing Ltd reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for any reason.

The competition is open to residents of the UK. Entrants must be over 18, in good health and have experience of hiking at altitude. The competition is not open to employees and associates of Dolomite Mountains Ltd or Absolute Publishing Ltd, or their families or contractors, or any person directly or indirectly involved in the competition. Closing date is 30 April 2013 at 5pm (17:00 GMT). The promoter is Absolute Publishing Ltd, 197-199 City Road, London, EC1V 1JN. The winner will be notified within 20 days of closing.
